At Health Justice, we partner with health departments, hospitals, academic institutions, and community-based organizations to build the internal capacity needed to address deep-rooted disparities and systemic barriers that continue to harm Black, Indigenous, and other marginalized communities.

We help organizations create the conditions where people can thrive. not just in theory, but in practice, by aligning their culture, policies, and strategies with values of accountability, dignity, and justice. Through training, coaching, organizational assessments, and hands-on support, we guide our partners in building the structures that advance collective wellbeing and repair harm.
