Tools for transformation & justice-centered resources to drive equity & action.

The ORCHID Framework: Organizational Readiness for Community-Led Health Artificial Intelligence Partnership

This framework helps health care and public health organizations assess their readiness to commit to community-led partnerships around health AI. Rather than starting with “What AI solution can we build/buy?”, this framework encourages organizations to ask “Are we ready to commit to community-led partnerships?”.

Use this framework before deciding to pursue any health AI project to ensure your organization can support community-led partnerships grounded in health justice, care, and accountability.
