The Grounded Innovation Lab is where Health Justice develops bold ideas, pilots new approaches, and creates tools to address the root causes of health inequities. While not every project is community-led, all of our work is grounded in the lived realities of those most impacted by structural barriers to health and wellbeing.

From participatory research and narrative work to digital learning and policy tools, the Lab is a space for inquiry, creativity, and change-making that centers the conditions shaping health inequities. We believe that advancing justice in health requires not only new ideas, but, also, new ways of listening, designing, and building systems that respond to communities that have long been excluded.
