Health Justice is thrilled to share that we have a received a grant from National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) to facilitate NACCHO’s flagship training, Roots of Health Inequity, a web-based online course for the public health workforce, and to provide updates to the course’s facilitation guide.
The HJ team will be delivering live virtual sessions of the course to staff from the 109 local health departments which received funding through the COVID-19 Health Equity Initiative (OTA21-2103). Our team will also be delivering a live in-person session for the course’s final unit at the NACCHOO360 Annual Conference in July.
HJ is excited to partner with NACCHO and to contribute to the continuing evolution of this vitally important course.
